THE AUDIT REPORT HAS BEEN RECEIVED – YE 2020 CLOSURE COMES TO AN END
EML is proud to announce that the audit report from the external auditor, has been received today (11/05/2021). The report states “Unqualified opinion”, which implements that the annual accounts give a true and fair view of the Company’s equity and financial position as at December 31, 2020 and of its financial performance for the year then ended in accordance with the financial reporting framework applicable in Belgium. On May 20, 2021 the annual shareholders meeting will take place, where the financial report will be presented. By the end of May, beginning of June, the approved financial statement will be submitted to the National Bank of Belgium. From that moment onwards the figures of 2020 will be publicly available, but we are proud to say already that a profit has been registered. |
